Strawberry

While carrying out researches on the antioxidant properties of the strawberry, American scientists measured the content of antioxidant elements in 12 strawberries by a gram-to-gram ratio and came to the conclusion that the strawberry stands out among other fruits for its high content of vitamin C, vitamin E and beta-carotene, the tree most important antioxidants.
