We have a 8-hectar plantation of raspberries and blackberries in a location situated in the north of Buenos Aires Province and only 200 km north of the city of Buenos Aires.
Apart from its own production, Gergal also boasts of a network of berry producers strategically spread across Argentina. This enables us to reach a higher volume of production and to obtain fresh fruits during a longer period of time.
The company also has a processing plant in Villa Martelli, Buenos Aires Province. This plant is equipped with two cold-storage rooms, a IQF tunnel freezer and a processing line for the processing, classifying and cleaning of blueberries. In this plant we also divide and store the fruit we receive from other parts of the country and redistribute it to our customers in the domestic market the whole year through. Here we also process the blueberries which are meant for export. |
